What to expect
Your first appointment at Capital Prosthodontics will consist of a consultation and an examination with Dr. Avi. The examination consists of a comprehensive investigation of your mouth and associated structures to adequately diagnose your problem and get you to that perfect smile.
The practice runs on the latest digital technology and artificial intelligence platforms, so pre-registering your details and medical history can speed up your check-in process at the practice.

What to bring
- Referral letter from your treating practitioner
- A parent or guardian (if you are under 18)
- Health history and current health information
- List of medications
- Plaster models or 3D scans from previous work done
x-rays
- Referring practitioners may have taken 2D or 3D x-rays of your teeth, jaws or head. These are typically in digital format. Having them sent to the practice or bringing them with you can save you on cost and time at your consult.

the consult
- The consultation is made up of 2 appointments: the primary ‘fact-finding-mission’ where a detailed history and examination is conducted, and the secondary presentation appointment, where our findings, treatment plans and quotations are presented to you.
- At your consult, the discussion is augmented by the taking of necessary x-rays, study models and photographs
